Building Surveys
Building surveying is a diverse discipline and is an important activity for clients involved in asset management, insurance and merger & acquisition activities. Our building inspections and reports highlight problems, risks and potential remedial works costs, and can assist in negotiations and identification of breaches in landlord/tenant obligations.
CDM Coordinator
Health & Safety makes a significant contribution to the successful delivery and operation of a project. The CDM co-ordinator plays a key role in establishing a good safety culture and awareness throughout the team and at all stages of the project. We pride ourselves on a strong safety culture and have worked in this field since the introduction of CDM legislation on a wide variety of projects. All of our CDM Coordinators are fully trained and keep up to date through a comprehensive CPD programme.
