Newport Retail Park is an out-of-town retail park lying to the south east of Newport comprising 18 retail warehouse units. 12 of the units are arranged in a horseshoe configuration, with 6 adjacent units arranged in a terrace with a freestanding unit which has been developed in the car parking area.
Since 1997, Rowney Sharman have been entrusted with the park’s ongoing development and improvement. This has included renewing facades to all the units, the construction of a stand-alone unit for Carphone Warehouse and negotiating fit-out requirements with incoming tenants.
