Works at Colliers Wood comprised overcladding the front elevations of all existing units and the sub-division of Unit 1a to form two new units for high profile household retailers, WH Smith and Clarks.
The existing canopy and its supporting structure were demolished and subsequently replaced with a new canopy complete with feature lighting and all tenant signage.
Additional improvements were also made to the car park and site entrance areas whilst the rear service yard and turning areas were the subject of a security upgrade including the installation of a CCTV system and security operated sliding gate.
