Project: New build & refurbishment of retail park

Rowney Sharman were appointed to oversee the design & construction project to achieve the refurbishment of the existing facades and new build retail units.
Works included the demolition of two existing units, the construction of ten additional retails units and a new management suite to service the retail park. Refenestration of all the existing units to the front elevation was undertaken, including new entrance features and a glass canopy.
The rear service yard and turning areas were the subject of a security upgrade comprising the installation of a CCTV system and security operated sliding gate at the service yard entrance
The existing surface car parking area was also refurbished, whilst improvements were carried out to achieve a two-way junction onto the busy Broad Lane. New hard and soft landscaping was applied to the whole development
