Role: Client's Representative/Project Managers
For more than five years, Rowney Sharman have acted as Project Manager and Employer's Agent for the Deepdale Shopping Park in Preston, which is ranked within the top ten in the UK.
Works have included the delivery of a new Pizza Hut restaurant, the subdivision of an existing retail unit for JJB Sports & Borders Books, alterations to accommodate Argos and WH Smith as new tenants and façade enhancements across the whole park.
In addition to managing the construction process, Rowney Sharman negotiated the agreement of specifications, programmes and access arrangements with all incoming tenants.
Further works have included the subdivision of two large 'goods units' to allow the arrival of further 'blue chip' tenants, namely:-
