Since the end of 1999, Rowney Sharman have been employed as Employers Agent and Project Manager on this project for Hermes / Hercules Unit Trust.
The scheme at Phase 1 required the recladding and modernising of certain existing units for new incoming tenants.
Phase 2 began with demolition of an existing Homebase and Toys R Us whilst keeping the park trading at all times and then on to construct a new Toys R Us and a further 85,000 sq ft of brand new retail space which is now fully let.
Phase 3 was completed in the Spring of 2005, work comprised of a major civil engineering project to provide a service road, which allowed the client to provide an additional 24,000 sq ft of valuable floor space.
Current Tenants include: Sports World, Boots, NEXT, GAP, MFI, Carpetright, DFS, JJB Mamas & Papas, Arcadia and WH Smith.
