Our role on this project was to manage the initial feasibility and cost report in support of the acquisition of the original building and surrounding land and to produce the Employer's Requirement document to enable the project to be competitively tendered as a Design & Build contract.
The project comprised the refurbishment and remodelling of an existing Grade ll listed mansion into luxury residential retirement units.
