We assisted EA to translate their business and cultural plans into their new purpose built environment by delivering a project management service which included strategic facilities management consultancy, move management and planning supervision.
The state-of-the-art Chertsey headquarters is a landmark, award-winning, energy efficient glass-intensive building. Referred to as a "campus" it demonstrates an innovative approach to architecture and comprises open plan space to house a mixture of studio and publishing staff, a bar, 140 seater restaurant, a gymnasium, a library, a general store and a fully equipped presentation suite.
At time of completion, the energy saving measures incorporated within the building were estimated to save an annual sum in excess of £50,000.00.
