This exciting project comprised the construction of a new innovative corporate headquarters for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. The four storey building, located on a business park on the edge of a busy town and close to a significant transport infrastructure included a central atrium, a restaurant, café and library brought together to create an enviable working environment.
Our role was to successfully deliver the successful end product through effective management of the first-class consultant and construction team, including Astra Zeneca's alliance subcontractors whilst also satisfying both their Pharmaceuticals Engineering Group and end-user sponsors.
By identifying with and immersing ourselves in the client's vision, we successfully managed the needs of both the client team and various subcontractors. This proved a clear advantage when investigating innovative ideas and solutions throughout the design and construction of this pioneering building.
The resulting space is architecturally stunning and was deemed to add real value to the business efficiency of Astra Zeneca.
