Our appointment was to project manage the design and construction of Redrow's prestigious mixed-use development known as Odyssey in Docklands.
Works included the construction of 189 high quality riverside apartments in two blocks with commercial space for a ground floor restaurant, a retail unit and gymnasium.
The building, constructed on piled foundations comprised an RC frame and slabs with a mixture of brick cavity walls and curtain walling whilst the apartments included a pod system of fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms.
This project was the last phase of a much larger development which meant that construction works were ongoing whilst residents were in occupation. Detailed site management and logistics, together with a "Good Neighbour Policy" ensured that residents were kept fully informed of all site activities.
