Acting as Project Manager for our client Muse Developments Ltd, Rowney Sharman delivered a £25m scheme that comprised 211 apartments, at the Chatham Place development in the heart of Reading.
The project completed in June 2009, after a 3 year involvement for Rowney Sharman. Rowney Sharman also provided Contract Administration, Quality Monitoring and Post-Occupancy Management services.
This building forms part of a 103,204 sq ft mixed-use regeneration project.
