Role: Client's Project Manager, Employer's Agent, Cost Consultant & Planning Supervisor

Our original appointment was to manage the relocation of the client's business from their existing premises to Leadenhall Street where we then acted as Employer's Agent and Cost Consultant in the fitting out of three floors including a commercial kitchen, an executive suite, a comms room, meeting rooms and open plan working areas.

Subsequently we have been appointed to manage the creation of an executive suite of meeting rooms and a training room in the basement, the complete re-stack of the three floors during occupation and extensions to the commercial kitchen and comms room.

Throughtout all projects we acted as Project Manager and Cost Consultant utilising various JCT forms of contract to procure the work by negotiation.
