Role: Client's Project Manager, Employer's Agent & Cost Consultant
For this project we successfully managed the relocation of the client's business from their existing offices to the Helicon Building, whilst also acting as Employer's Agent and Cost Consultant for the fitting out of a complete floor.
The Contract was negotiated and procured utilising the JCT Design and Build Contract and included all furniture procurement.
