Rowney Sharman was appointed to monitor the works undertaken by Xercise4Less but funded by the Landlord.
Our role involved advising on the appropriate level of cost to be reimbursed, inspecting the works and reporting to the Client accordingly.
As well as monitoring the quality of works to establish and maintain high standards, a key part of our role was to confirm to the Client when key stages of construction had been achieved. This allowed for timely payment of funds to the Tenant.
