About This Project

Situated in an enviable zone one location, 35 Westminster Bridge Road has been designed, inside and out, to the highest of standards. The development involved the erection of a six storey building with office accommodation within the basement and on the ground floor finished to a shell and core standard.

Nine 1 and 2 bedroom residential dwellings are located on the first to fifth floors. All of the apartments have been specified to a high standard and offer stylish accommodation complete with contemporary fixtures and fittings.

Rowney Sharman provided strategic advice throughout the duration of the project. Initially this included a review of the project appraisal and discussion of funding options with the client.

Post contract, Rowney Sharman provided cost advice and managed the agreement of the account with the Contractor.
